The builders have listened to what the buyers want as the new construction in Circle C almost always will have the high ceilings, open floor plans, kitchen and great room open to each other, large master suites and so much more.
While the floor plates create these divisions in section, there is no equivalent in plan. Though privacy varies from level to level, there is little distinction between the private zones for the individual members of the family.
On the other hand, the one I peeked into did have one feature that the model was lacking -- a tiny, walled-in, balcony-like space out a third floor window. It was much too small for humans, but would probably be suited to the planting
Don't forget there are dozes more house plans than the few listed above. Other houseplans not mentioned above may include: luxury home plans, modular home plans, small house plans, beach house plans and even log house plans.
